Career Development
We believe that people are the key growth driver of our operations, and we continue to invest and nurture talent to propel our organization forward.
We map out an individual development plan (IDP) tailored to the professional knowledge and learning characteristics of our staff.
Training Framework
Our organizational learning and development strategy is based on five core competences: "customer orientation," "ethical management and accountability," "Proactivity," "continual improvement" and "communication and coordination." We hope that through on-the-job training, off-the-job training and self-education, our staff will consistently improve their personal performance, apply their specialist knowledge to their duties, and gain a sense of achievement from the actual implementation of their business projects. The organization offers a wide range of learning channels and resources to motivate employees to fill in the gaps in their personal competencies and develop the expertise required by the Group in the future through online and physical courses, so as to build up competitiveness of individuals and teams as early as possible and realize the goal of mutual growth of individuals and the organization and achieve operational performance.
Development Paths
In accordance with the career planning of our employees, the Group creates an open and transparent promotion path and respects employees' choice according to their wishes, offering professional and managerial positions to develop the potential of outstanding talents and enriching their career experience through horizontal job rotation. In addition, for those who are motivated and willing to pursue a career in management, the organization runs courses for novice executives and mid-level and high-ranking executives. Through a two-way training channel, internal and external training is provided to enhance the professional management capabilities of employees and effectively stimulate the leadership potential of executives, thus creating a first-class elite team for the Group.
Newcomer Training 2.0
Through a training orientation session, we help newcomers to quickly understand the current situation of the organization, the Group's DNA and the benefits package; we create a training blueprint for newcomers through the Group's common mandatory courses and departmental mandatory orientation courses, hoping to help newcomers to quickly get to know the organization and familiarize themselves with the rich resources available. Meanwhile, we also value newcomers' feedback and hold regular New-Fitis Talk, hoping to hear a diversity of voices and opinions, and to work together to contribute to the growth of the organization.
