Fitipower insists on transparency in its operations, puts a premium on shareholders' rights and believes that a sound and efficient board of directors is the foundation of good corporate governance. Under this principle, Fitipower's Board of Directors has mandated its Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and ESG Committee to assist the Board in carrying out its oversight responsibilities. The charters of each committee are endorsed by the Board, and the chairman of each committee reports regularly to the Board on its activities and resolutions.
