Environmental Management Framework
Since the release of the Fitipower Sustainability Policy in 2021 as the guiding principle for the Company's sustainable operations, we have further focused on advancing environmental sustainability and green operations. Upon resolution of the Sustainability Committee, Fitipower issued the Environmental, Health, and Safety Policy, and in 2024 expanded the scope of our policies by introducing the Biodiversity and No Deforestation Policy. These policies serve as the foundation for business operations and management practices, supported by the establishment and implementation of related management systems. In addition, the operation of the Fitipower Environmental Foundation further strengthens our capacity and influence in driving environmental sustainability initiatives.
In 2024, Fitipower deepened its environmental risk management and climate governance by formally adopting the full TCFD framework, completing the identification of climate-related risks and opportunities, and further quantifying their potential financial impacts. The comprehensive assessment results are detailed in the Company's 2024 TCFD Report, which has been published on our official website. Fitipower has also launched its greenhouse gas inventory in accordance with ISO 14064-1, with plans to extend the scope in 2025 to include our subsidiary JADARD, thereby completing a Group-wide inventory to strengthen our carbon management foundation and respond to global net-zero trends and stakeholder expectations. Furthermore, a full product carbon footprint inventory and the implementation of nature-related financial disclosures represent our next steps forward.

Green Product
Fitipower's green product design focuses on two main pillars: "Green Materials" and "Energy-Saving". In addition to our efforts during the product design phase, we also plan carbon reduction management for outsourced manufacturing. In the short term, we will gradually assess the annual carbon emissions of main products and require relevant suppliers to implement product carbon footprint and carbon inventory mechanisms (ISO 14067, ISO 14064). For the mid-to-long term, we plan to expand the scope of product assessments and continue collaborating with partners on carbon reduction and offset initiatives.
We ensure that 100% of the materials in our products comply with customer requirements and international regulations (including RoHS, REACH, HF, PPW, TSCA, CP 65, etc.). In terms of energy-efficient design, our energy-saving products in 2023 were estimated to reduce carbon emissions by approximately 294,837 tons (based on product shipment volumes), including a breakthrough innovation in green design.
