Procurement Practices
In 2025, we engaged a total of 645 suppliers, with local procurement accounting for 66.8% of total procurement. This represented a slight decrease from the previous year, primarily due to the trend toward supply chain deglobalization. In response, the Company continued to adjust its procurement strategies to enhance operational resilience and supplier diversification.

Responsible Minerals Sourcing
In 2025, we published our first Responsible Minerals Report, providing comprehensive disclosure of our responsible minerals management practices and due diligence results. During the reporting year, we surveyed production-related suppliers, including 35 suppliers of Fitipower and 31 suppliers of JADARD, achieving an overall response rate of 100%. According to the survey results, all suppliers (100%) sourced 3TG, cobalt, mica, nickel, and copper from RMI-conformant smelters and refiners.

Supplier Evaluation

Fitipower conducts supplier audits covering 13 major categories, including material control, corrective actions, human rights, and green products. Before a new supplier may be registered as an approved supplier, it must successfully complete trial production and pass the aforementioned evaluation. No new suppliers were registered in 2025. In 2025, we included 43 suppliers in the annual audit plan, comprising 20 Fitipower suppliers and 24 JADARD suppliers, and achieved an audit completion rate of 100%. The audit results identified no material deficiencies or significant risks among the suppliers audited.

Supplier Sustainability Evaluation

In response to evolving international trends and growing societal expectations, Fitipower continuously reviews and adjusts its supply chain management strategies. In 2023, we established the Fitipower Sustainable Supplier Commitment, the Fitipower Sustainable Supplier Code of Conduct, and the Fitipower Supplier Sustainability Risk Assessment Form, which were formally implemented in early 2024. Suppliers are required to fully understand the relevant requirements and sign the Sustainable Supplier Commitment. We also regularly use sustainability assessment questionnaires to monitor suppliers’ sustainability performance, with the results incorporated into Fitipower’s supplier procurement evaluations.

Through proactive communication and management, 35 suppliers signed the Sustainable Supplier Commitment in 2025, representing 85% of the suppliers in scope. The response rate for the sustainability self-assessment questionnaire reached 100%, and no suppliers were identified as presenting high sustainability risks. Both annual targets were therefore achieved. The status of suppliers’ ESG-related certifications is presented in the table below, with improvements recorded across all categories compared with the previous year.
