In line with the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and guided by the PDCA cycle, we rigorously implement our Quality Policy (Learn more about our policy) and maintain strict control throughout the entire product process.

Procurement Practices

In 2024, we worked with a total of 432 suppliers, with local procurement accounting for 68.2%, an increase from the previous year. The main driver was the trend of supply chain de-globalization, and the Company continues to adjust its procurement strategy to enhance operational resilience and supply chain diversification.

Responsible Minerals Sourcing

In 2024, surveys were conducted on production-related procurement suppliers, covering 36 suppliers for Fitipower and 35 suppliers for JADARD, with an overall response rate of 100%. According to the survey results, all suppliers (100%) sourced 3TG metals exclusively from smelters recognized by the RMI.

Supplier Evaluation

In response to international trends and growing social expectations, Fitipower has continuously refined its supply chain management strategies. In 2023, we established the “Fitipower Sustainable Supplier Commitment,” the “Fitipower Sustainable Supplier Code of Conduct,” and the “Fitipower Supplier Sustainability Risk Assessment Form,” which were officially implemented in early 2024. Suppliers are required to fully understand these requirements and sign the Commitment. We also conduct regular sustainability assessment questionnaires to monitor suppliers' sustainability performance, which serve as important criteria in Fitipower's procurement evaluations. Through proactive communication and management, the number of suppliers obtaining ESG-related certifications in 2024 increased across all dimensions compared with the previous year.

In 2023, we developed the "Fitipower Sustainable Supplier Commitment," "Fitipower Supplier Code of Conduct," and "Fitipower Supplier Sustainability Risk Assessment." These were distributed and implemented in 2024, requiring suppliers to fully understand the requirements and sign the commitment. We also regularly track suppliers' sustainability performance through assessments, using the results as a factor in procurement decisions.
