Fitipower values the expectations of stakeholders, gathering their concerns and potential impacts through regular meetings, phone interviews, feedback mailboxes, and various business interactions. With reference to the GRI Standards, ISO 26000, and the UN Global Compact, we consolidated a broad range of sustainability topics into 20 issues for assessment, evaluating their positive and negative impacts across economic, environmental, and social dimensions.

In addition, we conducted a survey to assess the level of concern among key stakeholders. In 2025, a total of 258 valid questionnaires were collected and used as one of the inputs for the annual materiality assessment. We then performed a weighted analysis of the impact significance assessment results and the stakeholder concern survey results and plotted separate materiality matrices for positive and negative impacts. Following review and approval by the General Manager, nine material topics were identified for the year: R&D and Intellectual Property, Talent Attraction and Retention, Customer Relationship Management, Talent Cultivation and Development, Supply Chain Management, Information Security, Financial Performance and Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Green Products.
