Fitipower values the expectations of stakeholders, gathering their concerns and potential impacts through regular meetings, phone interviews, feedback mailboxes, and various business interactions. With reference to the GRI Standards, ISO 26000, and the UN Global Compact, we consolidated a broad range of sustainability topics into 20 issues for assessment, evaluating their positive and negative impacts across economic, environmental, and social dimensions.

In 2024, a total of 384 stakeholder questionnaires were collected to inform the annual materiality analysis. By combining the assessment of significant impacts with stakeholder survey results, we developed a materiality matrix of positive and negative impacts. Following review and approval by the President, 11 annual material topics were identified: R&D and Intellectual Property, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Talent Attraction and Retention, Financial Performance, Talent Cultivation and Development, Green Products, Occupational Health and Safety, Legal Compliance, Information Security, and Indirect Economic Impacts.
