Corporate Governance Officer

Since 2020, the Company has established a Corporate Governance Officer and appointed a dedicated corporate governance personnel. The primary responsibilities include handling matters related to the meetings of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Shareholders’ Meetings in accordance with the law; preparing the minutes of the aforementioned meetings; assisting directors with onboarding and continuing education; providing directors with the information necessary to perform their duties; and assisting directors in complying with relevant laws and regulations.
