Automation Competition
To improve internal management processes and costs, enhance work efficiency, and ensure quality management, Fitipower regularly holds the "Golden Idea Award." The competition encourages employees to develop automation ideas based on their own operations and projects and to turn these ideas into crossdepartmental benchmarks through ideation, proposal, implementation, and application popularization. The competition is divided into design, office automation, and validation and engineering categories and has now been held for six consecutive years. In 2025, four sessions were held, including two office category sessions. A total of 34 teams participated, 14 projects won awards, and NT$360,000 in prizes was awarded.
