About Fitipower




R&D and Patents
In 2023, Fitipower had 182 R&D personnel, with a total R&D investment of NT$2.245 billion, accounting for 13.8% of total revenue, a 1.4% increase from the previous year. Additionally, we established a "Procedures for Patent Proposal Incentive" to encourage patent development, resulting in the approval of 5 new patents in 2023.

Automation Competition
In a bid to improve the internal management process and costs of the organization, we have increased work efficiency and ensure quality management. Fitipower regularly organizes "automation competitions" to encourage colleagues to develop automation ideas for the business and project they are responsible for. From ideation, proposal, implementation to application popularization, these initiatives become cross-departmental benchmarks. These competitions are divided into "design automation", "office automation", and "validation and production automation" (two sessions for each category are held every year). Up till n ow, it is in its 5th y ear. In 2023, a t otal of 53 t eams participated in the c ompetition and 20 pr ojects were awarded with a t otal of NT$510,000.
