Fitipower Releases Its First Human Rights Due Diligence Report

Fitipower has released its inaugural 2025 Human Rights Due Diligence Report, marking a key milestone in institutionalizing and enhancing transparency in its human rights management. The report is developed in alignment with international human rights principles, the RBA Code of Conduct, and applicable regulations, covering risk identification and assessment for all employees and Tier-1 production-related suppliers.

A total of 11 human rights issues were identified. The assessment found no high-risk issues requiring immediate action, with overall risks assessed at a low level. Fitipower will continue to strengthen its RBA management system, supplier sustainability assessments, and responsible minerals management, with a focus on occupational health and safety, responsible sourcing, and workplace conduct.

Looking ahead, the Company will conduct regular human rights due diligence, progressively expand the scope of assessment, and further enhance governance and disclosures, reinforcing its commitment to respect for human rights and sustainable development.
