Release of Fitipower Group's English Sustainability Report for the Year

Following the release of the Group's first Chinese-language Sustainability Report on July 31, we have today officially published the English version to facilitate access for international stakeholders and those requiring English-language disclosure. Since issuing our first Sustainability Report in 2021, we have continued to comprehensively disclose our progress in the areas of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). In this reporting year, we further expanded the disclosure boundary to cover 100% of consolidated revenue entities (including relevant subsidiaries, excluding entities with only non-operating income), providing a more complete presentation of the Group’s sustainability practices.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the latest GRI Standards, with reference to the SASB Semiconductor Standards, the Taiwan Stock Exchange Sustainability Disclosure Indicators (Semiconductor Industry), and the TCFD framework. In addition, the contents of the report have been assured by an independent third party in accordance with the AA1000AS v3 Assurance Standard, Type 2, Moderate Level of Assurance. The report has been published on the ESG section of our corporate website and is available for download.
