Switching Regulator

Switching Regulator

Switching regulator circuits use power switches, inductors and diodes to transfer energy from input to output, while feedback and control circuits can be added to regulate the energy transfer and maintain a constant output. The basic components of a switching circuit are a boost converter and a buck converter, the latter being divided into a high-voltage (HV) buck and a low-voltage (LV) buck converter. We offer DC-DC switching regulator ICs with high performance design to reduce system power consumption and temperature and provide stable voltage operation to further extend battery life. Our DC-DC converter options offer high switching frequencies, wide input voltage ranges, efficient internal switching elements and built-in circuit protection to support a wide range of applications at our customers' end.
