Committees

In pursuit of the vision of sustainable corporate management, the company has established a Sustainability Development Committee in accordance with the company's 'Practical Guidelines for Sustainable Development' to supervise and manage the company's sustainable development efforts in the environmental, social, and governance aspects. This committee is under the jurisdiction of the board of directors, functioning as a specialized committee, with the Chairman of the Board serving as the Chief Commissioner, and the General Manager as the Deputy Chief Commissioner. The committee consists of four independent directors and meets at least twice a year to report on the implementation of sustainability development to the board of directors for review.

Sustainability Development Committee Operation Information:
The term of office for the current committee members is from May 31, 2024, to May 30, 2027 (or until the shareholders' meeting in 2027 for re-election). In the fiscal year 2024, the committee has convened twice, reporting on the company's greenhouse gas inventory and verification implementation in the second quarter of 2024, risk management and integrity management operations in 2023, and implementation of greenhouse gas inventory and verification schedules, and the approval of the Company's sustainability report in 2023 , biodiversity and non-deforestation policy formulation and release, as well as the activities planning and budget proposal for the fiscal year 2025 by the Charitable Foundation.
