Fitipower’s Commitment to Human Rights and Responsible Sourcing Fitipower has always valued and respected the fundamental human rights of all stakeholders. To that end, we have established the “Human Rights and Diversity & Inclusion Policy” and the “Conflict-Free Minerals Policy.” We support and comply with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and the standards of the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). The company has publicly released its Conflict-Free Product Declaration and Conflict Minerals Policy, demonstrating our firm commitment to responsible sourcing. To implement responsible supply chain management, we require all suppliers to complete the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and conduct sufficient due diligence to ensure that the raw materials used — including 3TG (gold, tin, tantalum, tungsten), cobalt, and mica — are sourced from RMI-certified smelters or traceable, conflict-free suppliers. We will continue to monitor global developments on responsible minerals and collaborate with our suppliers to uphold sustainable supply chain practices and human rights protection.

Conflict-Free Minerals Product Declaration Fitipower is committed to responsible supply chain management and sustainable development. We ensure that all procured minerals — gold (Au), tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and mica — do not directly or indirectly finance armed groups, and that their sources comply with international standards. These minerals must come from smelters or reliable suppliers recognized by the OECD Guidance and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). We pledge to work with our supply chain partners to promote the procurement and management of conflict-free minerals, jointly fulfilling our corporate social responsibility.

Conflict Minerals Policy

• Do not purchase conflict minerals from conflict-affected areas.

• Require suppliers to reject the use of conflict minerals from conflict-affected areas.

• Require suppliers to manage their upstream and downstream suppliers to ensure compliance with conflict-free mineral requirements.

• Fitipower exerts its utmost effort to control the sources of materials and refuses to use conflict minerals originating from conflict regions.
