Fitipower Releases 2025 Sustainability Report

Following review and approval by Fitipower’s Sustainability Committee and Board of Directors, Fitipower officially released its 2025 Sustainability Report (the “Report”) today, August 5. This marks the sixth sustainability report published by Fitipower since the release of its first report in 2021, and the second report prepared on a Group-wide basis. The Report provides a comprehensive overview of the Fitipower Group's management approaches, progress, achievements, and future plans across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions.

To enhance the consistency and completeness of sustainability information across the Group, the reporting scope covers operating entities accounting for 100% of the consolidated net revenue, including Fitipower and its relevant subsidiaries, while excluding entities that generate only non-operating income. Through Group-wide information integration and management mechanisms, Fitipower continues to strengthen sustainability governance across its operating locations and respond to the expectations and concerns of investors, customers, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding sustainable development.

The Report was prepared in accordance with the latest GRI Standards and with reference to the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards for the semiconductor industry, the Taiwan Stock Exchange Sustainability Disclosure Indicators for the semiconductor industry, and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. In addition, the Report underwent independent third-party assurance in accordance with AA1000AS v3, Type 2, at a Moderate level of assurance, further enhancing the reliability, completeness, and transparency of the sustainability information disclosed.

In response to key sustainability issues, including global climate change, supply chain management, talent development, and corporate governance, Fitipower continues to integrate sustainability into its business strategies and decision-making processes. Through the establishment of management systems, risk management, target tracking, and transparent disclosure, the Company continues to strengthen sustainability management capabilities across the Group. Looking ahead, Fitipower will continue to advance its efforts in climate governance, energy and carbon management, responsible supply chain management, human rights management, talent development, and R&D innovation, working together with stakeholders to create long-term and resilient sustainable value.
